All orders will be sent by Australia Post Express Post. Please note the following Delivery Policies:
Sorry, but there are no weekend deliveries available.
We deliver to Australia and New Zealand only.
Expected delivery time is 1 to 7 days but is dependent on area Rocky Road is being delivered to.
Please understand that Harry's Rocky Road cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.
Orders placed before 5pm AEST will be sent the next business day (Sunday to Wednesday). Orders placed on Thursday, Friday or Saturday will be sent the next Monday (to avoid having your product in Australia Post's system idle over the weekend). Every effort will be made to despatch orders as quickly as possible. See delivery table at bottom of this page.
If there is no one home when delivery is made, Australia Post's standard practice is to leave a "collect card" in the letter box. This enables the recipient to obtain their parcel from the Post Office advised on the card. Australia Post may also leave the parcel at the delivery address specified if safe to do so.
