Any item to be found of substandard quality upon delivery will be replaced or refunded upon notice (within 7 days).

All orders will be issued with an official order number which will be included in our order confirmation email. Any enquiries regarding a previously placed order must include the official order number.
Product will not be despatched until payment has been received.
